This charming 3-bedroom villa with separate 2-bedroom cottage is located beachfront on exclusive Fortlands Road in Discovery Bay. This is a heavenly retreat for guests seeking relaxation, excellent swimming and good service in an incredibly lovely location.

A large, covered verandah with dining area overlooks the bay with mountains in the background and affords views of the sunsets. Beyond the verandah are beautiful gardens, a large green lawn (wonderful for children and games), freshwater pool, private white sand beach and terrace. A romantic seaside gazebo is perfect for reading a good book during the day or sunset cocktails in the evening.

The villa comes with 3 sea kayaks and has a lighted tennis court for more active outdoor activities.

The two-storey entry leads into a living room with vaulted ceiling and second floor gallery. The villa has terrazzo tile floors throughout. Three bedrooms are in the main house: two upstairs, one downstairs. Two additional smaller bedrooms (most appropriate for teenagers) are in the cottage just behind the main house and adjacent to the tennis court.
